Hiking, game- and birdwatching at one of our many natural dams, photo- or hunting safaris from our vehicles, one of our high viewpoints or on foot, day tours to nearby highlights like the Waterberg Plateu Park and the "Schutztruppen" graves, safari tours to all Namibian highlights before or after your stay on Ozonduno - we gladly assist you in planning your individual tour.

As Ozonduno lies only 16km before the town of Otjiwarongo, non-hunting guests have good opportunities for shopping, souvenier hunting and a visit to the crocodile ranch.
We have warm, dry and sunny weather conditions in Namibia. Summer - during the day: 33º - 38 º C / at nightfall: 15º - 20 º C and in winter - during the day : up to 28 º C/ at nightfall 0º - 5ºC. Equip yourself accordingly, recommendable are a hat, light summer dress and sun lotion. However, for the early morning hours and winter days you should bring along gloves, pullover and jacket. Take along tight shoes, preferably ankle high hunting boots. Don't forget your camera, torch, sunglasses and swimsuit.

For the hunt you should take the following with you: weapon, ammunition, cleaning kit, hunting knife and binoculars. At entry into Namibia you must produce your weapon ownership certificate and receive a local weapon licence - hand pistols are not allowed. It's a good idea to bring a weapon over 8mm. Trophies will be prepared on the farm (field preparation) and forwarded to the courier or taxidermist of your choice in Namibia. Hunting season is from February until November.
